You can archive your Google linked classroom and create a new classroom manually. To get started, follow these instructions to sign in and join a class. We do not have a feature that would allow a class to be un-synced unless the students were removed from the Google Classroom and then the empty classroom was synced. You and your students can sign in using their schools own Google Classroom accounts. Students Role: Can ONLY join classes in Google Classroom. Teacher Role: Can create and join classes in Google Classroom. Scroll down and choose your role: teacher or student. The only way to remove those drop down choices from the student would be to remove them from their old classes by syncing the old classes empty. The first time you arrive at the Google Classroom website you will see a screen like below. Reusing old Google accounts let students access their previous classrooms for additional practice and to see their old bots and progress. Google Classroom is a class-organization platform that incorporates Googles core products (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, etc.) so students can access everything they need for a class, including homework assignments, group projects, files, and even Google Hangouts to chat with the teacher or the entire class. Please note that students can see old classes from current or previous teachers from the select list. To add a second Google Class you would need to sync with a different Google Classroom by choosing the next class while importing from Google Classroom. Google Classroom is mission control for your classes.
